**Job Title**: Team Lead - HRBP (US Healthcare)

**Location**: Noida
**Experience Required**: 5-7 years (with minimum 2 years in a Team Lead/HRBP role, preferably in US Healthcare domain)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Team Lead - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)** with strong exposure to the **US Healthcare industry**. The role requires someone who can manage HR operations, lead a team, and act as a strategic partner to business leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary HRBP for assigned business units within US Healthcare operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR executives.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including **onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention**.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues with sensitivity and compliance.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and talent challenges.
- Ensure compliance with **US HR policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations**.
- Drive HR initiatives around learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and succession planning.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 4-7 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience with at least 2 years in a **Team Lead role**.
- Prior experience in **US Healthcare BPO/KPO/Shared Services** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and **communication skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in **US/Night shifts**.
