Project Planner

Generate executive summary reports for higher management
- Provide support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, claim analysis and construction activities in support of the program
- Ensure proactive project planning, stakeholder and risk management takes place across projects
- Accountable for identifying the major milestones to be attained through the Program/Projects completion
- Oversee construction schedule, perform special analysis for resource loading and performance progress
- To develop and maintain the Resource loaded Schedules in Primavera P6
- Responsible for updating Project Schedule and to prepare recovery plan when needed
- Review schedules, undertake analysis of baseline schedule and schedule updates, monitoring of schedule delays
- Support in producing extension of time and prolongation claims by providing the required Primavera P6 program to support our submissions
- Preparing Monthly or weekly Schedule updates/reports and contributing to preparation of monthly reports
- Monitor and control the progress of work to be adhered to the planned schedule and achieving project milestone
- Fully proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle and able to correlate Construction Activities with planning, and schedule control
- To have experience working for/ or with contractors or project management companies and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- To be confident presenting to all stakeholders including contractors and clients
- B.Eng. /B. Tech degree or equivalent and have 10 years post graduate experience in design and/ or construction project planning or planning related functions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
