This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Planner at Capstone Life in Bengaluru. A project planner is responsible for meticulously crafting and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure the completion of projects. They are critical in coordinating tasks, optimising resource usage, and mitigating potential delays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor progress on site in relations to Contractor’s program, identify and resolve problems and update the master program. Produce micro program to assess the planning of the project and assess the short term challenges.
- Review the detailed construction program prepared by the contractor(s) to verify if it is in accordance with the contract and master program. Instruct the contractors to make necessary amendments if required.
- Arranging for attending as appropriate project meetings (site, planning, design, query and coordination). These meetings will be held on a weekly and/or fortnightly basis.
- Monitoring and controlling of variation and set up variation control procedure and site instruction issue procedures.
- Provide monthly Client’s reports on status of design, construction, quality, cost and budget controls including items for consideration and any foreseeable constraints.
- Prepare Milestone Schedule & Master Construction Program
- Prepare Detailed micro plans for each phase and package & resource schedules for each package.
- Tracking all schedules weekly, identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans
- Analyze and monitor impact of change on cost of the project
- Prepare Monthly Project Cost reports and EVMS & Aiding in preparation of detailed and accurate technical specifications.

**Requirement**:

- Must be Civil Engineer (BE).
- Demonstrated engineering experience in delivering technically challenging construction works.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in Real Estate company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress within field of engineering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
