**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and coordinate a wide range of cultural programs and events, including festivals, workshops, lectures, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with community leaders, cultural organizations, and other stakeholders to design inclusive and engaging cultural activities.
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and venue selection.
- Foster relationships with artists, performers, and cultural practitioners to enhance program offerings.
- Conduct outreach to diverse communities to encourage participation and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of cultural activities and participation.
- Promote cultural events through various marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and local media.
- Ensure programs are accessible and meet the needs of diverse populations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in cultural programming, event planning, or community outreach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and a passion for cultural diversity and inclusion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,970.65 per month
