**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Science department.
- Develop and implement effective teaching practices and innovative curriculum development.
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery of science lessons across all grade levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching staff and students to ensure high standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive departmental culture.
- Manage departmental resources, including budgeting and procurement of laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate professional development opportunities for Science faculty.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, educational standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate regular departmental meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives and decision-making.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to promote the Science department and its achievements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Science or Education.
- Extensive teaching experience in the field of Science, preferably at the secondary school level.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and pedagogical best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
