Computer Lab In charge

**Position Title**: Computer Lab In charge

**Location**: KMMS, Omaxe, Vrindavan

**Reports To**: HOD-Computers

**Salary**: 12k to 15K in hand

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all computer lab equipment, ensuring all systems are functional and up-to-date.
- Provide technical support to students and staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Implement and enforce lab policies and procedures to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Monitor and manage inventory of hardware and software, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all computer systems and software.
- Ensure the security of the lab, including managing user access and safeguarding equipment.
- Provide training and support to students and staff on the effective use of computer lab resources.
- Stay current with new technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements to lab resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining computer labs or similar environments.
- Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
