**JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE**

**About Us**:
Rackonnect is a hyperlocal sports-tech platform aiming to bring a powerful impact on India's racket sports fraternity. We wish to make racket sports accessible to everyone regardless of their age, gender, and economic background.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays if required.
