**Overview**
Speechify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer service to both our internal partners (leadership, engineering, and product, etc.) and our external customers through various activities. Responsibilities include answering customer queries and providing prompt issue resolution; preparing reports and invoices; making customer calls to obtain information and/or to provide follow up to resolve customer issues; and occasional miscellaneous projects.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to track and improve metrics.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Intercom and best practices
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum two years of related experience
- Six sigma certification and knowledge of quality process improvement best practices preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
