**Job Summary**: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our UK-based customers. Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Update and manage customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of [Your Company’s] products, services, and policies to provide informed support and guidance.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies and procedures for customer support and data protection. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer support or service role preferred. Experience handling inquiries from the UK or working UK shifts is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems, support ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with remote support tools is advantageous.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changes in shift patterns or business needs.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
