**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- **Customer Support Executive / Sr. Customer Support Executive** - International Blended Process.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
- Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.
- Meet quantitative & qualitative performance metrics as outlined.
- Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.

**Required Attributes -**
- Undergraduate/Graduates can apply.
- Proficient English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written).
- Willing to work in a 24*7 environments with rotational shifts, as required.
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems & practices.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Willing to learn & work in related LOB’s.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 74, Mohali - 140308, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
