**Immediate Opening: Customer Support Executive (Mohali Location)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management as required.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and services to offer customers up-to-date information.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Important Note**:
- This is an in-office position, no work from home option available.
