**Company Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Sales and Service Executive to join our Mohali office working on PST Time zone. This role is critical in ensuring top-notch customer experience, managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer escalations, gathering feedback, and overseeing store surveillance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Call Handling**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Manage escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

**Outbound Calls & Customer Engagement**:

- Reach out to prospective customers to promote company offerings.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct post-service surveys and feedback calls.

**Store Surveillance & Support**:

- Monitor live store activities via CCTV to ensure operational compliance.
- Report any irregularities, security concerns, or service quality issues.
- Assist store teams with remote support when required.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years in customer service, call center, or sales roles (hospitality industry preferred).

**Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

**Technical Skills**: Have done telephonic sales and upsell and Call handling systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.

**Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.

**Work Schedule**: Comfortable working night shifts as per US timings.

**Education**: Graduation Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
