**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic **Chief Marketing Officer** with a proven background in the education industry. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all branches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) to boost student enrollments.
- Manage the overall marketing budget effectively.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for events like seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives.
- Monitor and support marketing activities across all branches.
- Lead expansion efforts by identifying new markets and planning marketing for new branch launches.
- Build outreach partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve goals.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all platforms.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in educational marketing, preferably in the Schools/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven record of driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies

- Experience managing regional campaigns across multiple locations.
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
