**Chief Marketing Officer Job Responsibility**

**Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to align with the company’s business objectives, revenue growth and drive brand awareness.**

**Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.**

**Must have good experience in website and SEO management to manage and optimize the company website for search engine ranking to ensure that property listings are easily accessible and up-to-date.**

**Maintain good client relationship with potential client responding to their client and offering advice or guidance on real estate transactions.**

**Direct the creation of impactful advertising campaign leveraging both internal and external resources.**

**Utilize strong analytical skill to assess marking performance, identify key insights and drive-decision-making.**

**Spearhead product and brand launches, managing end-to-end planning, execution and analysis.**

**Manage the marketing department’s budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing activities and initiatives.**

**Lead and oversee marketing teams/sales/product development and other teams to ensuring alignment with overall business objective.**

**Requirements**:

- **7+years of experience in Brand management and marketing.**
- **Proven experience in leading large marketing teams and successful product and brand launches.**
- **MBA from prestigious institution**
- **Strong analytical skill, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.**
- **Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high performance teams.**

**Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad**
