uracreator is a one-of-a-kind app that helps set achievable goals with personalized action steps, affirmations and visualisations custom generated using AI. The app helps users create the life they want with challenges and tools to improve their self-talk and increase awareness and by organizing their day to focus their energy to achieve their goals.

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing efforts, drive growth, and build our brand from the ground up.

Position Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing Uracreator’s marketing strategy with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. In a fast-paced startup environment, you'll wear many hats, leading both high-level strategy, working with an agency and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Uracreator’s mission and growth goals.
- Customer Acquisition & Growth: Drive user acquisition through performance marketing, organic growth strategies, and innovative campaigns across channels.
- Brand Development: Establish and evolve the Uracreator brand, ensuring it resonates with our young target audience of personal-growth conscious individuals.
- Social Media & Content: Lead Uracreator’s social media strategy, creating engaging content and campaigns that drive community engagement.
- Growth Hacking: Use data-driven experimentation to test and optimize new growth channels and strategies.
- Community Building: Develop initiatives to build and engage a passionate community around Uracreator’s mission and values toward personal growth and self help
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with influencers, brands, and organizations.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all resources are allocated for maximum impact.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in startups or fast-growth environments.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in performance marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and growth hacking and subscription based mobile apps. Knowledge of ASO and SEO. Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships in the Self help, personal growth space.
- Brand Building: Experience building and growing a brand from scratch.
- Leadership: Comfortable working in a small, cross-functional team.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Passion for Personal growth: A genuine passion for personal growth, positive thinking and positive social impact for a young TG.

Compensation:
Competitive salary with potential equity in the company. 30LPA to 40LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹333,000.00 per month
