Role Overview

We're looking for a Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to lead our venture acquisition, partnerships, and business expansion. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and experience building or scaling startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard real estate ventures and projects for marketing collaboration.
  • Negotiate partnership and commission structures with builders and developers.
  • Recruit and increase procurement partners team.
  • Conduct due diligence on projects to ensure credibility and profitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with developers and investors.
  • Lead the procurement team, set KPIs, and drive results.
  • Strategize new procurement models for business growth and market expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10 years of leadership or entrepreneurial experience.
  • Prefer candidates who've started and failed in 1–4 startups (failure = experience).
  • Strong skills in negotiation, strategy, and communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, Design tools like canva, and basic documentation.
  • Ethical, patient, and result-driven mindset.
  • Laptop mandatory.
