Managing overall E-Commerce Operations, speaking to the clients
Overall logistics, Returns, Customer Queries, B2C Marketing, Payments, Basic Knowledge of Social Media, and Updating the website.
Follow up and maintain relationships with the customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR E-COMMERCE CRM (i.e Customer Service)
- The basic role will be to give all updates to clients and customers, starting with order acknowledgment, order punching, and communicating with the team for the delivery timeline.
- Once the material is dispatched inform the customer, share dispatch details, and payment follow-ups, and end with a customer satisfaction survey.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
