**Role Description**

Ecommerce process.
- Taking appointment on Marketplace portal - Flipkart, Etrade, Primarc, etc.
- Checking stock, making fulfilment and processing PO.
- Sending order details with helpline for punching orders.
- Sharing order number with CFA for processing the orders and dispatching material on time.
- Co-ordinating with brand team, CFA, courier partner and with Marketplace (Flipkart,Etrade,Primarc,etc) for daily order processing, dispatch and delivery as per appointment.
- Publishing Primary sales report, Transporter tracker, Ecom tracker on daily basis.
- To highlight and escalate issues, if any, faced during processing orders and delivering consignment at marketplaces.
- Invoice generation on Etrade portal, raising tickets on marketplace portal, in case of short payment or short GRN.
- Keeping track of all return orders from Marketplaces and ensure inward at warehouse.
- Communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conversant with MS Office, SAP (will be added advantage)
- Graduate in commerce.

**Qualification**:
Graduate + With English reading / writing skills, Age (21 to 30 yr)

**Experience**:
1-2 years in sales (Preferably in FMCG/FMCD) ( E-commerce)
