
Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English, Tamil, and Hindi to ensure clear understanding and engagement.
- Leverage digital marketing knowledge to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Prioritize and manage customer inquiries efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Utilize previous experience in the printing or advertising industry to provide insights and solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in digital marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the printing or advertising industry is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time and meet job commitments.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
