**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Pitch company products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our IT product portfolio, including features, benefits, and target markets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and manage post-sale support with internal teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales data and reports through CRM systems.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Master degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI tools for sales (e.g., ChatGPT for outreach, predictive analytics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or events, if required.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
