Shift Timing : 9 PM To 5 AM

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Viable Outsource Solution is seeking a motivated and dynamic Fresher Sales Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in sales, with ample opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the sales manager regarding progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

**Key Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language Skills: Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
