**Sales Executive - Home Interior**

**Location: Noida Sector 63, H-140 nearby metro station Noida Electronic City**

**Department: Sales & Business Development**

**Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head**

**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Executive** in the home interior industry, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their design needs, and offering tailored interior solutions. Your role will involve both in-showroom and field sales activities, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Engagement & Sales**:

- Greet and assist walk-in clients, understanding their interior design requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide design consultations.
- Present and demonstrate interior design products and services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to expand the client base.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and post-sales support to foster long-term relationships.

3. **Sales Strategy & Reporting**:

- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

4. **Market Research & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Educate clients on product features, materials, craftsmanship, and design options.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote services.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Ability to handle demanding clients and challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 Per month (depending on experience and location).
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives.
- **Benefits**: Travel allowances, and other company benefits.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
