**Key Responsibilities**:
**Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry and strong MICE knowledge**

As a MICE- Sales Manager, you will play acrucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. Yourresponsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implementcomprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for MICEservices. Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals, budgets, andKPIs.

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the MICE sales team,providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and teamobjectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunitiesfor training and skill development.

Business Development: Lead by example in prospecting andsecuring new MICE business opportunities. Identify potential clients, build relationshipswith key decision-makers, and close sales deals.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintainstrong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand theirunique needs, preferences, and get into every small detailing to provide personalized solutionsand ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Oversee thepreparation and presentation of compelling proposals and pricing strategies forMICE services. Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring favorableagreements for both parties.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitoractivities, and market demands. Analyze data to identify new businessopportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams,including MICE operations, events, and marketing, to ensure seamless executionof client events and a consistent brand experience.

Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, pipelinestatus, and other relevant metrics. Prepare regular sales reports andpresentations for senior management.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage the MICE sales budget,ensuring cost-strategies while maximizing revenue opportunities.
