Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Operations Manager. The MICE Operations Manager will oversee the planning, management, and execution of corporate events and travel programs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, conducting venue inspections, preparing itineraries, and ensuring all events meet client expectations and quality standards. The role involves supervising on-site operations and ensuring smooth execution of every event or travel program.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in event planning, vendor coordination, and budget management
  • Experience in organizing corporate MICE programs and travel itineraries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and event software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to client needs
  • Knowledge of tourism and travel regulations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field
