- **CRM utilization**: Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
- **Negotiation and closing**: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- **Relationship building**: Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- **Product knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- **Team and cross-departmental collaboration**: Work with the sales team to meet targets and collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
