Job Title**:Telesales Executive - CRM Sales**
Location**:Thoraipakkam, Chennai**
Shift**:Night Shift**
Salary Range**:₹14,000 - ₹25,000 CTC per month**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from CRM leads database
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and convincingly
- Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through the CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or CRM-related sales (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Willingness to work in the night shift (US/International clients)
- Immediate joiners preferred
