**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in the education industry. You will be responsible for engaging with potential students, parents, or institutions to promote our educational programs, products, or services. Your role will involve lead generation, providing information, addressing queries, and converting inquiries into enrollments or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or databases.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Present educational products and services clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments or sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and confidence.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales team or management.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational advancements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
