**Responsibilities**:
**3. Build Pipeline and Interview Process**:
- Design and refine interview processes to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.
**4. Interview Coordination**:
**5. Take Rounds of Interviews and Set Right Expectations**:
- Clearly communicate role expectations, company culture, and growth opportunities.
**7. Reference Checks**:
**8. Offer Management**:
- Assist in extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
**9. Talent Pipeline Management**:
**10. Data and Reporting**:
- Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
**Qualifications**:
- 0-1 year of experience in technology/product recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using various sourcing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- High levels of ownership and responsibility.
