**What we’re looking for**:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the TA team to support end-to-end hiring processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.

Engage in market research for talent mapping and competitor analysis.

Handle recruitment reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.

Participate in HR operations related to onboarding and documentation.

**Who Can Apply?**

Education: Pursuing/completed MBA-HR, PGDM-HR, or any relevant degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

Passion for recruitment and a keen interest in the EV/automobile industry.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
