**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**

Managing Business HR role and complete recruitment process and employee life cycle for all the positionsEnsuring the background verification and Reference check process is completed for new joiners as per company guidelinesMaintaining daily, weekly & monthly Database and ReportsOnboarding and completing joining formalities for new joinersPreparing, planning & conduct induction program for new joinersPrepare Recruitment related MIS on monthly and quarterly basis.**BUSINESS HR ENGAGEMENT**

**Other HR Activities**

Monitoring field performance on weekly basis for further analysis
- Monthly/Quarterly MIS & preparing presentations as and when needed.
- Handling Employee Grievances with excellent people connect interpersonal and people management skills.
- Maintain monthly employee database and maintain MIS for further analysis**Key Skills Required**:

- Good interpersonal & people management skills
- Taking initiative & go getter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of excel, PPT and Presentation Skills**Requirements:
