Job Description:
As a matchmaker, your primary responsibility is facilitating successful matches between clients based on their preferences and needs, ultimately helping them find a suitable partner for marriage. Your role involves understanding client preferences, sharing potential matches, managing rejections, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout matchmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Preference Understanding**: Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences, including cultural, religious, and personal criteria for a potential partner.
- **Match Sharing**: Utilize your understanding of client preferences to curate and share potential matches that align with their criteria. This involves browsing through profiles on matrimonial platforms and presenting suitable options to clients.
- **Rejection Handling**: Skillfully manage rejections by providing constructive feedback to clients and maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout the process.
- **Renewal Pitching**: Pitch renewal services to existing clients by highlighting the value of continued matchmaking assistance and personalized support.
- **Partner Preference Exploration**: Encourage clients to open up about their partner preferences and guide them in refining their criteria to enhance their chances of finding a compatible match.
- **Member Connections**: Facilitate communication and connections between clients and potential matches, ensuring smooth interaction and exchange of information.
- **Language and Cultural Proficiency**: Possess fluency in Punjabi and a strong understanding of cultural nuances, particularly in the context of matrimonial matchmaking within the community.
- **Detail-Oriented Approach**: Pay close attention to detail when analyzing client preferences and matching profiles to ensure compatibility and alignment.
- **Customer Handling Skills**: Exhibit excellent listening skills and empathy when interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance throughout the matchmaking journey.
- **Computer and MIS Skills**: Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage data effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Fluent in Punjabi and proficient in English.
- Thorough understanding of Punjabi culture and community dynamics, including traditional values, customs, and societal norms.
- Prior experience in matchmaking or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented, mature, and soft-spoken demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Genuine passion for helping clients find meaningful relationships and achieve their marriage goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
