Customer Service Executive (Sea Import)

**Salary**: 20,000 to 35,000

Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi

Company: Logistics Company

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Preparation of Import Checklist
- Co-ordination with the Shipping Lines for getting the IGM details, Vessel Schedule & DO charges
- Co-ordination with the Operations officers Co-ordination with the Transporters for getting the Transportation rates for Import & Export shipments negotiating rates with the Transporters
- Preparing & updating the Import DSR Coordinating with Shipping Lines Clients related import shipments
- Follow up with the customers for the payment
- Coordinating with Branch offices related to their Import & Export shipments & solve the queries
- Preparing & sending the letters to Customs & related shipping lines

Overall coordination right from receiving of enquiry from customer/shipper to delivery of cargo to the consignee at destination, etc

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
