**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to the platform, billing, or course access in a prompt and efficient manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our latest offerings, course details, and new features to provide customers with informed assistance.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure customer issues are followed up on and resolved within an acceptable time frame, escalating complex cases as needed.
- **Maintain Customer Satisfaction**: Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service.
- **Documentation**: Accurately log customer interactions and issues in the system, and track common issues to help improve overall service.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a **customer service** or support role, preferably in the **EdTech** or education industry.
- **Strong communication skills** (both written and verbal) to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide quick, effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and tasks efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Business/IT).
- Previous experience working in an **EdTech** company or educational setting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of **online learning platforms** and **technical troubleshooting**.
