Title : Customer Service Executive

Location: Delhi

**Exp**: fresher/experience

Interview: Walk-in Drive / F2F

Excellent English communication skills required (written and verbal).

Qualification : UG/Graduate

Days: 6 days working.

Language : Hindi & English

Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally through voice channels.

Provideaccurateinformationaboutourservices,policies,andprocedurestocustomers.

Assistcustomersinnavigatingtheplatform,placingorders,andtroubleshootingtechnicalissues.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments whennecessary. Ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved within defined service level agreements(SLAs).

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate withinternalteams,includingoperations,logistics,andbilling,toaddresscustomer needseffectively.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate andrelevant informationtocustomers.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance thecustomersupportexperience.

Demonstrateempathy,patience,andacustomer-centricapproachinallinteractions.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languagesisaplus.

Strongproblem-solvingandmultitaskingabilities,with keen attentiontodetail.

Familiaritywith customersupportsoftwareandticketingsystemsisanadvantage.

Abilitytoworkina fast-pacedenvironmentandadapttochangingpriorities.

Good knowledge of food delivery services and the ability to understand customer needs andpreferencesinthisdomain

Abilitytoworkflexiblehours,includingweekendsandholidays,asperbusinessrequirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
