
Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the appropriate communication methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Upsell products and services where relevant, ensuring customer needs are met.
**Requirements**:
**Language Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (both written and verbal).
- Ability to switch between languages seamlessly depending on customer preference.
**Interpersonal Skills**:
- Great interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and patient, especially when dealing with challenging customers.
**Qualifications**:
- bachelor's degree preferred.
- Having Interest in Cars.
