**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining documentation.
- Familiarize yourself with each client’s products, services, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service for all client brands.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, ideally supporting multiple brands.
- **MS Office Proficiency**: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and spoken English; able to handle a variety of customer scenarios.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- **Adaptability**: Skilled at switching between different client brands and workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or media industries.

Pay: ₹9,800.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
