**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and professionalism.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, such as processing orders and returns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to customer retention efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
