Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Executive will manage daily customer interactions, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The candidate will address customer concerns, enhance overall customer satisfaction, manage service processes, and maintain a high standard of communication with all customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction is essential.
  • Competency in Customer Service Management, including resolving queries and managing complaints to strengthen customer trust.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in operating CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in customer service will be advantageous.
