ITSM Advanced Solution Architect is also responsible for (but not limited to):

- Enabling the handling of GDPR relevant data and sensitive customer data throughout the ITSM tool set, ensure the solutions are always GDPR and audit compliant.
- Govern the data quality check through all UCMBDs and SMAX.
- Identify the benefits and opportunities for interfaces among the UCMDB, OpsBridge and Operations Orchestration technologies.
- Identify potential opportunities for automation, evaluating automation ideas, creating automation designs and leading the team of developers when implementing automation use cases.
- Design solutions for interfaces with other tools outside the ITSM toolset based on the Business needs using Operations Orchestration or internal integration technology.
- Evaluation of the cost and effort efficiency throughout the ITSM toolset, building respective business cases for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to look across the assigned domain to ensure consistent alignment of technical solutions with the business goals and objectives of the supported unit.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with implementation of ITSM solution.
- Extensive experience in ITSM according to ITIL.
- Has provided industry leading technical direction and guidance to various project teams to ensure appropriate and cost-effective implementation of approved technologies.
- Track-record in ensuring appropriate and effective technical leadership.
- Contributes to the definition of IT technology direction, standards and roadmaps.
- Ability to negotiate customer requirements and map them to architecture.
- Understanding of principles of storage, network, computing and virtualization.
- Overview of markets and available technologies.
- Understanding of DR and HA concepts.
- Must have excellent communication skills-verbal and written.
- English - fluent oral and written.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Micro Focus Service management platforms with focus on SMAX.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Micro Focus Service ITSM tool set with focus on UCMDB, OpsBridge, and Operations Orchestration (minimum 8+ years).
- Analytic skills for implementation of automated reactions on events within the ITSM Suite.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and managing ITSM tools.
- Experience in IT architecture/design.
- Must be willing to adjust to CET business hours and if needed to US business hours.
- Experience in managing the OS patches and Security updates.
- Advanced knowledge about AD.
- Advanced knowledge about DNS and DHCP.
- Knowledge about VMware and or similar virtualization platforms.
- Basic knowledge about databases.
- Good communication skills - able to convince colleagues about new idea, challenge the Business on the requirements, be able to communicate at required level under pressure.
- Detailed planning, organization, time management, and project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues.
- Professional education in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical is a plus.
- Experience in ICT services in large organization required.
- Competence with understanding of network diagram and topology.
- Understanding of Infrastructure architecture diagram.
- Knowledge of other languages - German, Spanish.
