
Training Coordinator

Under supervision, conducts or facilitates general and specific trainings for KONE’s employees.
- Provides orientation and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aids.
- Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
- May track and analyze training programs by examining training participants' job performance.
- May recommend changes to the training programs.
- Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
- May prepare or participate in developing training material.
- Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
Trainer (in addition to the above)
- Assists in conducting and facilitating training courses and programs and supports more senior trainers in above mentioned activities.
- Typically reports to a Senior Trainer or a Training Manager or HR Manager.
Senior Trainer (in addition to the above)
- Works under limited supervision and is responsible for training programs and training outcomes.
- Senior trainers may provide direction and coaching to Trainers and Junior Trainers.
- Typically reports to a Training Manager or HR Manager
