About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic and organized Training Coordinator
to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, along with a passion for organizing learning and development programs. You will play a key role in supporting our training activities, ensuring smooth execution and excellent participant experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage
training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
. - Communicate with trainers, trainees, and partners to ensure
timely updates and logistics
. - Prepare
training materials, attendance sheets, and feedback forms
. - Support in
creating schedules, invitations, and certificates
for participants. - Maintain and update
training records and databases
. - Provide
on-site assistance
during training sessions to ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with the HR and Learning teams to
improve training effectiveness
. - Handle
follow-up communications
with participants and trainers post-program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred). - 0–1 year of experience
in coordination, administration, or training roles (freshers welcome). - Strong
organizational and multitasking
abilities. - Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills. - Proficiency in
MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. - A positive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work
on-site at Mount Road, Chennai
.
