Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis:
    Identify skill gaps, conduct competency assessments, and define learning requirements across teams.
  • Program Design & Development:
    Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, learning paths, and e-learning modules tailored to technical and behavioral development.
  • Technical Content Collaboration:
    Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and validate technical training content, labs, case studies, and assessments.
  • Training Delivery:
    Conduct technical, process-based, communication, and self-development training sessions for in-house employees.
  • Content & Instructional Design:
    Create high-quality training materials, presentations, manuals, lab exercises, assessments, and job aids.
  • Training Evaluation:
    Monitor learner progress, evaluate training effectiveness, analyze post-training impact, and provide structured feedback.
  • Certification & Vendor Management:
    Manage external training vendors, certification programs, and coordinate technical certification pathways for employees.
  • Learning Technology Management:
    Utilize learning platforms, LMS systems, and assessment tools to streamline learning journeys and track progress.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in instructional design and T&D methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with HR, technical teams, and leadership to support organizational learning strategies and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
    in Training & Development, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience in developing both technical and behavioral training content.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting technical or process-based training sessions.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and assessment systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs, track metrics, and measure learning effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
