Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Training Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring. The role involves training freshers and employees, explaining project work, and guiding them to improve their technical and professional skills. The candidate will play a key role in preparing new hires to perform effectively in real-time projects and contribute successfully to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for freshers and existing employees on project workflows, tools, and processes.

  • Explain project details and tasks clearly to new candidates and guide them through hands-on learning.

  • Train participants on technical skills, communication, teamwork, and professional behavior.

  • Support employees in understanding and handling live or internal projects.

  • Prepare and share training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.

  • Assess trainees' performance, provide feedback, and help them improve.

  • Ensure that all training sessions are interactive, easy to understand, and aligned with project requirements.

  • Track training progress and maintain simple reports of sessions conducted.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts and project details in a simple and clear manner.

  • Good knowledge of training delivery methods and practical teaching techniques.

  • Patience, approachability, and strong mentoring abilities.

  • Basic understanding of project management or workflow systems (preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and online training tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and mentoring freshers or project teams.

  • Ability to explain projects clearly and guide new team members step-by-step.

  • A supportive trainer who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
