The female project coordinator is responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, task scheduling, and timeline preparation.
  • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
  • Communicate with team members, management, clients, and vendors to share updates, requirements, and instructions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, trackers, proposals, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and identify delays or issues.
  • Escalate problems to the superior with timely updates and suggested solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Coordinate between departments such as development, design, testing, operations, accounts, etc.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure accountability from each team member.
  • Assist in resource, material, or tool arrangements required for smooth project execution.
  • Support quality checks to ensure completed tasks meet project requirements and standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in management, IT, engineering, business, or relevant fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or operations.
  • Experience in software, IT, service, or operations projects is an added advantage.
