**YOUR TASKS**

**Job Objective**:Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing training programs within the organization. This role involves working closely with department heads, trainers, and employees to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in scheduling sessions and evaluating training outcomes to enhance employee skills and performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with department heads for training requirements and creating trainings in LMS.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, equipment setup, and participant registration.
- Communicate training schedules, objectives, and expectations to participants and stakeholders.
- Ensure that training sessions are conducted effectively, engaging participants, and meeting learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, training feedback and other relevant documentation.
- Recommend enhancements to training programs and methodologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive ppt, eLearning modules, training courses, and assessment-based content using authorized tools and software.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree any stream, MBA would be an added advantage.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a training coordination or content creation role or similar capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in an unstructured / budding environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with software tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Instructional Designer, Canva, Animator, graphic design, and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
