Working on critical projects with channel partners to achieve business goals.
- Handling business operations.
- Closely monitoring significant projects and collecting payments from them, as well as provided help to channel partners.
- Securing brand approval for company’s products in the R&D department.
- Regular visits to Government bodies like MES,CPWD, PWD, PSUs Etc for product Enrollment.
- Arranging samples and conducting trails for Key customers and Non-Trade customers.
- Implementing and developing operational standards, policies and procedures.
- Implementing productivity benchmarks across all departments to maximize company revenue.
- Visiting project sites to interact with masons, contractors, engineers to understand their needs, conduct product demos and perform testing.
- Participating in strategic planning meetings and attended operational meetings.
- Participating at regional and national trade shows and conferences on behalf of the department. Directing initiatives to improve work environment, company culture or overall business strategy.
