**New Product Development**

**(To Facilitate Product and Process Development)**

**No of Vacancies: 1**

**Location: Coimbatore**

**Qualification: BE/ ME - Preferably in Polymer Technology**

**Experience: 3 Years in NPD (Polymer)**

**Package: Not a Constraint**

**Purpose**:

- Standardized Documented NPD Process required in the organization as a part of international compliance
- QA and Production Personnel depend currently on sample development and testing which affects other departmental schedules.
- A second person to take care of documentation, trials and coordination will give more time to focus on core developmental activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordination and documentation of product development activities as per ISO 9001:2015 SOP’s

2. Coordinating with initial product validation

3. Deciphering product, system and Test Standards

4. Technical Documentation for Certification.

5. Failure Analysis and Corrective actions

6. Material sourcing - coordination with local and international suppliers, sampling and cost negotiations.

7. Interdepartmental coordination with respect to NPD Activities

8. Product verification testing and competitor product analysis

9. Product Training to internal and external customers.

**Certification: Preferably - Internal Auditor - ISO 9001 - 2015**

**Preferably from: PPE Manufacturing Industry - (Head Production; Respiratory Protection; Ear and Eye Protection ‘Medical Devices - Manufacturing (NOT PHARMA); Engineering Polymer Processing Industries.**
