Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Documentation :Prepare and update quality documents such as PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and quality assurance plans (QAP).
  • Testing & Inspection: Oversee and conduct in-process, final, material, and supplier inspections. This includes verifying product quality against standards and maintaining records.
  • CAPA Management: Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes using tools like 5 Whys, and develop Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
  • Process Control: Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) plans to ensure process stability.
  • Supplier Quality: Evaluate, qualify, and audit suppliers to ensure their parts and processes meet quality requirements.
  • Design Control & Risk Management: Participate in design reviews and contribute to the product risk management file by identifying and assessing risks associated with design, process, and suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing 5S for workspace efficiency and analyzing in-house rejections to reduce waste.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and test engineering teams to facilitate design transfer to production and resolve technical issues.
  • Audits & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, ensuring the NPD process and product comply with industry standards like IATF and ISO.

Experience : Minimum 3 to 8 years in manufacturing environment

Education : B.E or Diploma

Salary : 20,000 /- to 30,000 /-

Gender : Male Only
