Key Responsibilities:
A Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) : Ensures the quality of materials and components from external vendors by conducting audits, developing quality control plans, and resolving quality issues to maintain compliance with company and industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing supplier performance, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers on corrective actions, and fostering continuous improvement within the supply chain.
Product Inspection: Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects and compliance with specifications.
Testing and Measurement: Use various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and electronic inspection equipment to verify dimensions and other quality parameters.
Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards.
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established procedures and quality standards.
Corrective Action: Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality data.
Collaboration: Work closely with production staff and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on quality performance and findings.
Training: May be involved in training other employees on quality control procedures.
Experience : Minimum 2 to 5 years in manufacturing environment
Education : B.E or Diploma
Gender : Male Only
