Job Title: Quality Line Inspector

Location: Irungattukottai

**Salary**: ₹15,000 Gross per month.

Shift: Rotational Shift.

Perks: PF, ESI, Bonus Included.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Line Inspector with at least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry. The Line Inspector will ensure that all products meet established quality standards before they reach the customer. This role involves inspecting, testing, and approving materials and products, as well as identifying areas for improvement in processes to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications:

- BE in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect products on the production line to ensure they meet required specifications and measurements.
- Use vernier caliper accurately to check dimensions and tolerances of components.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Identify and report any product defects or non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of using vernier calipers and basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
